• Obtained only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes (specifically outreach and real estate marketing).
• Adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for those purposes (data minimization).
• Protected against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or destruction.

3. Data Handling & Marketing Consent

We collect personal data (such as name, email address, phone number, and inquiry messages) through our online enquiry and consultation forms. This information is processed exclusively for our outreach, client onboarding, and marketing communications.

By checking our consent checkboxes on submission forms, you explicitly authorize Melhors Investment to contact you regarding properties, valuations, and market guides.

4. Data Retention Limits

To maintain data security and minimize risks, we enforce structured retention guidelines:

• Live Portal & Server Database: Personal data submitted through website enquiry and consultation forms is stored securely on our live web portal servers and databases for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is permanently purged.
• Marketing Database: Opt-in marketing lists used for newsletters and property updates are retained on a lifetime basis, provided the subscriber remains active and does not opt out.
